Years as a teacher: I’ve been a teacher for 5 years

Years at Augustana: 3 years (previously worked 2 and I’ll be hitting a year soon) 

What do you love about teaching?: Everything

What are your passions and interests outside of teaching?: I’m passionate about believing in the power of encouragement and the beauty of small victories in everyday moments. Spending time with my family is my favorite part of life. My days are filled with laughter, love, and lots of movement thanks to my busy one-year old daughter, who keeps me on my toes and makes every moment an adventure.
